Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern access to and use of the ROUTEMASTER platform, website, and related services available at <strong>routemaster.io<\/strong> (\u201cService\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By accessing or using ROUTEMASTER, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Description of the Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ROUTEMASTER is a software platform designed to support the <strong>design, planning, management, and operation of network infrastructure<\/strong>, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outside Plant (OSP) network design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiber network planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data center infrastructure design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure documentation and asset management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational reporting and analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service may evolve over time, and features may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Trials and Free Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ROUTEMASTER may offer <strong>trial accounts, limited free access, or evaluation licenses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trial services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May be limited in functionality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May expire at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May be discontinued without notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to approve, deny, or terminate trial access at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. User Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may upload or generate data within the platform, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Network designs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure diagrams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users retain ownership of their data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, by using the Service you grant ROUTEMASTER a <strong>limited license to store, process, and transmit this data<\/strong> solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to upload and manage any data they submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All intellectual property rights related to the ROUTEMASTER platform, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Databases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branding and trademarks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>remain the exclusive property of ROUTEMASTER and its licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms do not grant users ownership of the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Service Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to provide reliable service but <strong>do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure outages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ROUTEMASTER is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Disclaimer of Professional Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ROUTEMASTER provides <strong>software tools<\/strong> to assist with infrastructure planning and operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We <strong>do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or regulatory compliance of network designs created using the platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users remain solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engineering validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Field verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with local regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service should not replace professional engineering review or operational oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROUTEMASTER shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of business, revenue, or profits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data loss or corruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure or operational failures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the <strong>preceding 12 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
